Job summary

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands‑on experience.

The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests. As an AI Solutions Intern, you will partner with the AI Center of Excellence and business stakeholders to identify and transform a meaningful business

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Information Systems, MIS, Business, Data Analytics, HCI, CS or related field.
• Strong interest in AI, workflow transformation, and enterprise technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity about people, processes, and technology.

Responsibilities

• With guidance from the AI team, explore use cases and help select a business workflow to improve with Enterprise AI Assistant.
• Work with stakeholders to learn current workflow, user needs, pain points, and outcomes.
• Help envision and map a future-state workflow to improve how work is performed.
• Design, test, and refine a custom Enterprise AI Assistant solution with AI team members.
• Support the solution through review, publication, and pilot-launch processes.
• Create user guidance and assist with demonstrations, training, and adoption activities.
• Gather usage data and feedback to evaluate value and suggest improvements.
• Present pilot results and lessons learned to stakeholders and AI leadership.
