Job summary

Endeavor is seeking an ambitious AI intern to help build its global AI organizational infrastructure. You’ll interview offices, prototype workflows, and ship reusable capabilities across the network, including Claude skills and retrieval systems, while aligning with Endeavor's AI policies.

You’ll help create templates, starter kits, and documentation to empower teams to self-serve while preserving governance and auditability. This 10‑week program runs across NYC HQ and global offices.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the US for 2027 year.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling beyond classroom projects (prompts, agents, RAG or API integrations).
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to translate tech to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Discover team needs by interviewing local offices and functions; map workflows and governance gaps.
• Build reusable AI capabilities: agentic workflows, Claude skills, MicroApps, retrieval features on enterprise stack.
• Create enablement templates, playbooks, starter kits, and docs for self-serve skill/artifact/plugin creation.
• Support knowledge capture and institutional memory with retrieval pipelines and knowledge graphs.
• Define success metrics and contribute to Endeavor AI Registry with auditable governance.
