Job summary

CRC Group seeks a Power Platform & AI Agent Enablement Lead to govern, onboard, and operationalize AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft AI technologies.

This role bridges business, security, and technology teams to ensure secure deployments, manage onboarding framework, governance processes, and developer support while aligning with enterprise security and compliance.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience administering Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power Platform environments.
Experience implementing Power Platform governance and DLP strategies.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure services.
Experience managing enterprise application onboarding and governance processes.
Knowledge of AI/Generative AI concepts and agent-based solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Purview, API Management, DevOps and CI/CD.
Experience establishing a Power Platform or AI Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities

Develop and govern enterprise AI Agent onboarding processes.
Review and assess AI Agent use cases for value, security, and compliance.
Lead intake, approval, and deployment for Copilot Studio and Power Platform AI Agents.
Maintain agent inventories, ownership records, and lifecycle documentation.
Coordinate registration, approval workflows, and production readiness reviews.
Partner with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure governance standards.
Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, connectors, and DLP policies.
Establish governance controls for Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and related services.
Implement Development, UAT, and Production environment strategies.
Monitor platform utilization, licensing, capacity, and health.
Define and maintain Application Lifecycle Management standards.
Design AI Agent architectures using Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.
Enable secure integrations with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and other systems of record.
Assist business units in identifying automation opportunities and AI Agent use cases.
Create reusable templates, agent frameworks, and deployment patterns.
Serve as a PM/SME for Power Platform and AI Agent; support AI Center of Excellence and Review Board.
Deliver training, office hours, workshops, and best practices for business users and citizen developers.
Drive adoption of approved AI capabilities and reduce shadow IT.
Develop operational metrics and executive reporting on adoption and ROI.
