• Experience leading multi-month platform initiatives from whiteboard to production.

Responsibilities

• Own people leadership and career development for the AI Platform team.
• Translate roadmap priorities into deliverable sprints and milestones; ensure delivery.
• Lead architecture discussions for agent runtime infra, registries, memory/context management, and observability.
