Qualifications

• 12+ years software/DevOps/engineering experience, multi-team scope.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs and agentic AI to software delivery.
• Strong DevSecOps and SDLC fluency: CI/CD, IaC, automated testing.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Embed with IT portfolio teams and deliver outcomes hands-on—work shoulder to shoulder with engineering and operations teams, moving quickly from discovery to working solution to production in real environments.
• Apply the AI platform across the full SDLC—requirements and design, code generation and review, test automation, CI/CD, release, legacy modernization, and production support—to measurably improve build and run efficiency.
• Build and ship the hard parts yourself—agentic workflows, integrations with existing toolchains, evaluation harnesses, and automation—then package as reusable accelerators and reference implementations.
• Embed security and governance into engagements—threat modeling, secure pipelines, secrets management, and audit logging without slowing delivery.
• Define the AI-enabled engineering strategy for the IT portfolio and translate opportunities into a sequenced roadmap with business cases.
• Establish baselines and measure results—define metrics, track adoption, and report outcomes to senior IT leadership.
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex adoption and integration challenges across teams.
• Close the loop with platform engineering—translate field learnings into prioritized capability requests and ADRs.
• Drive adoption through influence—communicate trade-offs to technical and executive audiences.
• Raise the technical bar by mentoring leads and senior engineers and leading enablement efforts.
