Job summary

Qualifications

Experience on LLM, ML platform, data, or infrastructure teams owning shared systems.
Willing to work across backend, infrastructure, libraries, and product code.
Strong ownership and ability to drive execution across ambiguous spaces.
Ability to decompose complex behavior and propose pragmatic solutions.
Pragmatic with business focus, balancing quality and speed.

Responsibilities

Own prototyping, development, and scaling of AI platform primitives.
Work with product teams to provide guardrails for faster shipping.
Collaborate across infrastructure, libraries, APIs, and product integration points.
Operate critical AI systems in production with observability and diagnostics.
Help Notion adopt new models and providers with clear quality gates.
