Qualifications

• Ability to design reusable platform capabilities rather than single-product solutions.
• Experience enabling engineering teams with tooling, patterns, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable AI platform components and guardrails for multiple product teams.
• Define AI governance, evaluation frameworks, and quality standards.
• Educate and enable engineers through documentation and training.
• Collaborate with architects to standardize AI development practices.
• Support rollout of SDLC and AI governance processes and drive platform adoption.
