Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience with LLM-based systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the GSmart AI platform top to bottom.
• Build and lead a team of up to four engineers.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance frameworks.
