Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Computer Science/Engineering student for a hybrid internship in Cloud Platform and Services. You will assist in unlocking AI capabilities, researching AI‑driven search, and improving data retrieval while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The role emphasizes learning, experimentation, and applying AI to enhance employee experience. Ideal candidates are graduating in December 2027 or May/June 2028, with Python and AI/ML familiarity.

Qualifications

• Experience with large language models (LLMs), artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python.
• This role is not eligible for CPT, OPT or sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Engage in training opportunities to learn about employee experience/AI technologies and tools.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and insights related to AI and employee experience.
• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML technologies and trends enables organizations to research innovative tools that enhance employee experience and align with the voice of the customer
