Job summary

Docusign is offering a 9.5‑month internship in Cloud Platform and Services (CP&S) to contribute to AI-driven initiatives that enhance the employee and developer experience. You will explore AI capabilities, research AI tools, and support AI-focused projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a CS/IT/Engineering degree, graduating 2027–2028, with hands-on exposure to LLMs and Python.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Graduating in December 2027 and May/June 2028.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python.
• This role is not eligible for CPT, OPT or sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Engage in training opportunities to learn about employee experience/AI technologies and tools.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and insights related to AI and employee experience.
• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML technologies and trends enabling organizations to research innovative tools that enhance employee experience and align with the voice of the customer.
