Job summary

DocuSign is seeking an intern for its Program Management team to automate workflows and gain hands-on experience in AI and product management. You will work with data scientists, engineers, and program managers to identify repetitive tasks ripe for automation and help shape new features and integrations.

The role is hybrid, requiring a mix of in-office and remote work with a weekly in-office expectation. Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in CS/AI/Engineering or related fields with interest

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with SDLC and product-management lifecycle.
• Exposure to data analysis and programming basics (Python/JS) and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and process mapping to identify automation opportunities.
• Define product requirements and success metrics for AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to prototype intelligent assistants and bots.
• Develop simple dashboards to monitor model performance and adoption.
• Present findings and roadmaps to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
