Docusign seeks a passionate AI Engineer Intern to help build autonomous AI workflows and multi-agent systems. You will work with CrewAI, Python, SQL, and Gemini ADK, collaborating with senior engineers to design, deploy, and evaluate capable agents.

The role is a 3‑month internship reporting to the Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics, with a hybrid work setup requiring in-office presence two days per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing CS/DS/AI/ML degree with expected graduation 2027–2028.
• Experience with Python and fundamental data structures.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with LLMs, prompts, tool use, and RAG concepts.
• Hands-on with CrewAI or similar agent frameworks; CPT/OPT sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and test AI agent workflows using CrewAI, Gemini ADK, and Python.
• Integrate Google’s Gemini ADK and other LLM APIs for reasoning and function calling.
• Connect agents to SQL databases, APIs, and internal tools for real-world tasks.
• Craft prompts and roles to maximize success and reduce hallucinations.
• Establish evals to benchmark accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and debug agent conversations and implement fallbacks for robustness.
