Qualifications

• 57+ years of professional experience in software engineering or related fields.
• Proven ability to own meaningful technical work end-to-end.
• Design, build, deploy, and support production-quality software or platform capabilities.
• Experience with backend apps, services, APIs, automation, and cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience with mature engineering practices: source control, testing, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and take ownership from problem to delivery.
• Experience with AI/GenAI solutions or rapid learning of new tech.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support production AI apps and platform features.
• Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, scripts, and tooling.
• Contribute to AI-powered apps, LLM services, RAG, and AI workflows.
• Build automation for scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Integrate AI with enterprise apps, APIs, data sources.
• Own engineering work from requirements to deployment and improvement.
• Develop and deploy with CI/CD and cloud-native practices.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve production platforms.
• Apply security, dependency mgmt, logging, and governance.
• Navigate ambiguity and propose sound engineering choices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; participate in code reviews and agile delivery.
• Provide guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing to peers.
