Job summary

CSI is seeking an AI Engineer II to independently develop and support AI engineering capabilities enabling reusable, secure, and scalable AI-assisted software delivery. You will work on the AI Harness, agent frameworks, evaluation systems, and developer workflow tools in collaboration with engineering teams to deliver reliable AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with typically 5+ years in software/AI engineering or related roles.
• Strong programming skills, especially Python, and experience building APIs/services
• Experience with LLM patterns, evaluation techniques, and AI-assisted development tools.

• Develop AI Harness, platform capabilities, services, connectors, and internal tools.
• Build reusable agents, skills, and connectors with modular, secure design.
