United States Cold Storage Inc. in the Camden, NJ area seeks a hands-on AI Platform Engineer to build AI copilots, agents, and RAG applications that improve engineering productivity and IT operations.

You will prototype, test, and operationalize AI-assisted capabilities across the delivery lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure, scalable AI services, governance, and observable metrics while delivering production-ready solutions that reduce toil and improve

Qualifications

• Applied AI experience: 3+ years delivering Generative AI solutions.
• Cloud and platform fundamentals with Azure preferred.
• Data and integration skills: REST APIs, JSON, SQL, databases.
• Quality mindset with maintainable code and automated tests.
• Problem-solving and experimentation across tools and models.
• Collaborative communication with engineers, architects, security, and business teams.
• Builder mindset focused on shipped capabilities and measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development — design and build internal copilots, agents, RAG apps, and automations.
• Enterprise Knowledge Platforms — ingest, structure, govern and retrieve content from code, docs, tickets, and sources.
• Agent and MCP Engineering — develop tool-enabled agents and MCP servers connecting AI to enterprise systems.
• Engineering Productivity Automation — build capabilities for code understanding, review, test generation, docs, modernization.
• Rapid Prototyping and Experimentation — evaluate models and prompts; document findings.
• Evaluation and Quality — create test datasets, evaluations, grounding checks, human feedback loops, observability, and gates.
• Production Readiness — work with architecture, cloud, security to implement identity, access controls, monitoring, deployment pipelines.
