Job summary

Cinteot Inc. in Newark, NJ, seeks an AI Platform Engineer to build and harden the enterprise GenAI platform, enabling teams to safely develop and run AI agents at scale.

You will own platform foundations, including LLM gateway, model routing, vector stores, CI/CD, IaC, observability, and cost controls, partnering with CoE to keep the platform scalable and compliant. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience designing and operating shared platform services in an enterprise.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI platforms and cloud services.
• Focus on reliability, monitoring, and support practices, incl. regulated industries.
• Familiarity with agent-based architectures and LLM integration.
• Experience with cloud cost management / FinOps.
• Professional cloud or AI certifications.
• Flexible remote work environment and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain the platform foundations: LLM gateway, model routing, shared compute, and governance controls.
• Onboard and support new platform capabilities and tools used by agents.
• Provision and manage scalable platform resources for agent development.
• Build and maintain Terraform IaC and dashboards for repeatable deployments.
• Own and operate platform pipelines; troubleshoot deployments and improve reliability.
• Provide platform support for agent teams and diagnose issues.
• Implement monitoring for performance, quality, and agent behavior.
• Own platform cost and usage management practices and reporting.
• Collaborate with Security/Architecture/Governance to align controls.
