Job summary

Talent Search PRO is seeking an Engagement Lead with 4-6 years of consulting experience to join our Future Platforms team in a founding capacity. You will own end-to-end client deployments, align executive stakeholders, and help scale our next generation of AI products.

As a key bridge between clients and our Product/Engineering teams, you will craft requirements, build repeatable processes, and shape post-sales motions to accelerate growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in consulting or advisory services is highly valued.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of customer deployments end-to-end, from scoping and implementation to post-launch success.
• Bridge between clients and internal teams, translating needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering.
• Build and scale the operational playbook for the new platform to support rapid growth.
• Manage complex client projects, align senior stakeholders, and drive initiatives forward.
• Partner with C-suite to shape product strategy and build a scalable post-sales motion.
