Rippling is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager for its AI Platform to lead design across the product suite, ensuring trustworthy, coherent AI experiences. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to drive scalable, enterprise-grade design.)

In this senior role, you will mentor designers, shape design systems, and influence product strategy while maintaining a strong craft and systems perspective across HR, IT, Finance, and admin surfaces.

Competenze

• 10+ years of product design experience in complex B2B/enterprise SaaS environments.
• 3+ years in product design management with coaching/mentoring senior designers.
• Strong systems thinking to connect surfaces, workflows, permissions and dependencies into coherent UX.
• Ability to create reusable interaction patterns and design-system primitives at scale.
• Fluency in AI product challenges such as trust, explainability, human-in-the-loop, and error recovery.

Mansioni

• Lead Product Design for AI Platform, shaping interaction models and UX patterns for AI experiences across Rippling.
• Coach and elevate designers in ambiguous, high-impact platform spaces.
• Define reusable patterns for agents, generated UI, approvals, trust, explainability, and user control.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate opportunities into coherent, shippable experiences.
• Drive cross-product alignment so AI experiences feel consistent and permission-aware.
• Leverage customer insights and data to identify high-leverage design opportunities.
