Job summary

OneMagnify is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer, AI Platform, to own the architecture and evolution of the enterprise AI platform powering AI agents across OneMagnify products and client solutions. You will guide technical direction, ensuring secure, measurable, and production-ready AI workflows at scale.

You'll collaborate with product, engineering, data, security, and delivery teams to build shared capabilities that accelerate innovation while maintaining governance, reliability, and cost

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience building and operating multi-region enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong collaboration across product, security, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI Platform strategy and architecture for agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
• Design retrieval pipelines and knowledge systems connecting agents to enterprise data.
• Establish AI quality, safety, governance, and release gates.
• Operate a scalable, multi-region cloud platform with observability and cost controls.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across teams.
