Job summary

OneMagnify is seeking a Senior Engineer, AI Platform to build the foundation powering AI across products, delivery teams, and client programs. You will enable reliable, secure, and scalable AI in real-world business environments, interfacing with cloud infrastructure and engineering teams.

You’ll drive agent workflows, retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails to deliver trusted AI while meeting enterprise governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency or consulting environments.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on with production AI/LLM powered applications.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, SQL, and Git workflows.
• Experience building and operating cloud-based production services.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered engineering capabilities and tooling with human oversight.
• Integrate AI-assisted development into CI/CD pipelines and practices.
• Improve software quality, delivery speed, and developer productivity.
• Create agent workflows and enterprise context with MCP and approvals.
• Develop retrieval pipelines and data services connecting AI to knowledge sources.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to apply platform capabilities.
• Implement guardrails and safe, auditable agent actions.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and testing for prompts and models.
• Establish quality controls to move AI solutions into production.
• Operate and scale cloud infrastructure and platform services via IaC.
• Improve observability, monitoring, tracing, and alerting; participate in on-call.
