You will shape AI transformation, own architecture, and partner with product and security to deliver scalable platform capabilities. Bring 10+ years of software engineering, deep Python and AI tooling experience, and a proven track record of guiding large cross‑functional teams while driving architectural excellence and safe AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Python, prompt engineering, AI agents, and AWS; familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Ruby on Rails.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical strategy for AI transformation.
• Own team architecture and decompose systems for scalable design.
• Establish guardrails for safe and responsible AI usage across the team.
• Drive best practices and reduce tech debt across cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor engineers and influence across multiple domains.
