Job summary

Adapt is hiring an early full-cycle Account Executive in San Francisco to turn opportunities into deployed, expanding customers. You will sell alongside company leadership and partners through discovery, pilot, rollout, negotiation, and close.

You’ll own the full cycle, from prospecting to close, while coordinating with SDRs, Marketing, and Product on pilot engagements that demonstrate ROI. You’ll use Adapt and frontier AI tools to improve research, meetings, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling developer tools, AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, data, security, or other technically complex products.
• An AI-native approach to selling and ability to engage technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close, including pilots and value-based engagements.
• Create and manage pipeline with outbound, referrals, and ecosystem activity.
• Demonstrate Adapt's value through technical discovery and tailored demonstrations.
