Job summary

The ideal candidate has hands-on Invent.AI experience, familiarity with IBP platforms, and a strong analytical mindset to drive process improvements and automation across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Invent.AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, ML, or related technical roles.
• Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods, merchandising, or related industries.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Invent.AI solutions.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for business users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and propose improvements.
• Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of enhancements and updates.
• Analyze data and business processes to improve efficiency and planning accuracy.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solution adoption and user satisfaction.
• Document processes, issues, resolutions, and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and evolving business needs.
