P5 Performance in Newport Beach, CA is seeking an Inventory Planner to own SKU-level forecasts, set reorder points, and optimize stock across client programs. You’ll use AI tools to forecast demand and align lead times with factory schedules.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in apparel inventory, strong Excel and ERP experience, ABC analysis, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is an on-site role with growth into broader planning and analytics.

Formación

• 4+ years in inventory, supply, or demand planning in apparel.
• Strong reorder point and safety stock knowledge.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for analysis and forecasting.
• Experience with ABC analysis and open-to-buy budgeting.
• Advanced Excel and ERP familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast demand and set reorder points for every SKU.
• Maintain safety stock and lead-time adjustments.
• Rank SKUs by value and direct open-to-buy dollars to top items.
• Recommend slow-moving SKUs for discontinuation.
• Coordinate reorders with production partners.
• Produce weekly in-stock and at-risk reports.
• Keep ERP and 3PL data synchronized.
• Consolidate client sales data for planning.
• Incorporate feedback to adjust demand plans.
• Grow into broader planning and analytics.
