Job summary

Avetta is seeking an agile delivery professional to drive AI-Augmented Product Development Lifecycle (AI-PDLC) initiatives in a hybrid US-based role. You’ll coordinate cross-functional pods, ensure gate integrity, and partner with Product, Engineering, Release Management and senior stakeholders on initiative status and risks.

The role emphasizes human-in-the-loop decisions, spec quality, and data-driven updates for executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Agile delivery, project management, or program coordination in a SaaS or software environment.
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Design).
• Experience in organizations undergoing Agile or technology transformation; AI-augmented delivery experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI-PDLC initiatives across a 3–5 person delivery pod.
• Own end-to-end delivery flow from discovery through production release.
• Maintain the Gate Decision Log and RAID logs for initiative-level tracking.
• Prepare concise, data-driven updates for monthly executive reporting.
• Manage cross-pod dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Coach teams on HITL gate responsibilities and AI-pipeline expectations.
