Verneek AI is seeking a Partner Success Manager to serve as the primary strategic partner for enterprise retail clients, guiding AI-native workflows from day one. You will translate AI capabilities into clear business outcomes, manage executive communications, and oversee initiatives with the founders and partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Client Service Management, Account Management, Business Management, Consulting, or executive role in SaaS or Retail Tech.
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences and knowledge of AI landscape.
• Retail-minded with emphasis on margin, downtime, and business impact.
• MBA in finance or related fields, with knowledge of finance, bookkeeping, and contract law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic relationship management with retail partner stakeholders and alignment with AI strategy.
• Lead implementation and adoption of Verneek's AI platform within client tech stacks.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive ROI through business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts and executive communications for partners.
• Oversee strategic business development initiatives under executive guidance.
• Coach partner teams to achieve high adoption of AI-driven workflows.
