Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate AI acceleration partner solutions. You will coordinate PSA Pods, manage intake, track revenue signals, and drive delivery from development to production across NAMER, APJ, and EMEA.

You will write narratives for leadership, establish milestones, monitor metrics, and collaborate with AppSec, GEO field teams, and partner executives to ensure production readiness and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end programs across multiple teams.
• Strong writing skills including creating narratives and status updates.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery with executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PSA Pod delivery across Strategic AI Partnerships.
• Manage intake pipeline operations with GEO partner teams and COEs.
• Track revenue signal alignment and surface risks to leadership.
• Manage portfolio of AI agent products from development through production launch.
• Define program milestones and dependencies with AppSec and ORR governance teams.
• Monitor agent performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to remove blockers and reduce execution risks.
• Influence roadmap priorities and resource allocation decisions.
• Write 6-pagers, WBRs, and leadership updates for decision-making.
• Establish and maintain sprint cadences, intake reviews, and delivery retrospectives.
