Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule. Your work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve through evaluation and feedback.

We offer flexible hours, remote work from home or while traveling, and compensation with weekly payments. This role is open to international applicants with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural and clear they sound.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
