Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from remote locations with flexible hours. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what’s off in writing.

The role supports testing language models and improving AI performance from home or while traveling. Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, captions, and audio alignment, then providing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios in conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing precise explanations in English detailing observations.
