Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain exactly what looks off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You'll rate outputs for adherence, quality and realism, write concise explanations in English, and contribute to improving how advanced AI systems reason and perform in real-world tasks. Flexible hours, remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to what was seen or heard.
