Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll help shape AI reasoning and performance by providing written explanations and judgments. This opportunity offers flexible hours and worldwide eligibility, with payments weekly via multiple methods.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on media.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when two options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos against prompts and judging fidelity.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
