Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare image and video outputs to determine which follows prompts best.

You’ll inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches, then provide written explanations in English. Remote work allows global participation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong writing and listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on media.
• Comfortable explaining observations in writing with examples.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, mismatches, or errors.
• Write specific explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.
