Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what looked off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include scoring explanations, spotting issues, and providing written justification. This role shapes AI systems by contributing precise feedback and comparisons from diverse global tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and ranking how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Writing a concise explanation in English that points to what was seen or heard, with specific observations.
