Job summary

You'll join the AI Ops team, helping detect anomalies, build dashboards, and support decision-making. The program emphasizes mentorship, networking, and professional growth across real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree in Data Science or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Experience with ETL development, data integration, and database technologies.
• Proficiency with Databricks and AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience delivering machine learning projects and solutions.
• Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI agents and agent-based applications.
• Prior internship experience developing and/or deploying AI agents preferred.
• This role is not eligible for Mastercard's work authorization sponsorship. As such, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States, now as well as in the future, without employer sponsorship.
