Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools to support and optimize daily operational workflows.
• Design and implement AI‑driven solutions to improve efficiency across business processes.
• Assist in content generation, data analysis, workflow automation, and internal tooling using AI.
• Continuously explore and test new AI tools and use cases, turning them into practical operational applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and solve them with AI.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI‑driven workflows and iterate for improvement.
• Build documentation and best practices for AI‑enabled operations.

Basic Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, consulting, project management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or above (tech‑related preferred but not required).
• Strong interest in AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, AI agents).
• Familiarity with AI tools or hands‑on experience using them in projects is a strong plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate ideas into execution.
• High learning agility and curiosity; able to quickly adapt to new tools and environments.

Annual Salary Range: ($85,000 - $95,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
