Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an operational leader to oversee the implementation of AI capabilities within Global Media Operations (GMO). This role will deploy AI-driven technologies to reduce manual touchpoints, increase productivity, and support 24x7 operations across a matrixed organization.

The ideal candidate has media industry experience, blends workflows, project management, and AI tooling, and can translate complex initiatives into business value while collaborating with Product, Engineering,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a media-related field preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience in media.
Strong proficiency in workflow documentation, technical analysis, project management, and product roadmaps.
Background in television, film, or digital media distribution.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities within GMO by defining problem statements, clarifying jobs-to-be-done, quantifying current costs, and articulating a clear value proposition in alignment with our LRP.
Translate priority use cases into actionable requirements and build workflows and skills within approved platforms.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation solutions across the project lifecycle.
Lead the operational rollout of AI solutions, including SOP development, user training, and adoption measurement.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other O&T teams to deliver integrated, scalable, and secure AI solutions aligned to NBCUniversal’s enterprise governance standards.
