You’ll work on clinical operations, patient access, and revenue cycle management, pairing deep domain knowledge with AI tools to deliver results fast. You’ll collaborate with engineering and leadership to scale impactful workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong operations background in healthcare.
• Ability to translate a manual workflow into a buildable spec.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
• Fast learner and self-starter with ambiguity.
• Approximately 4–5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Deeply document complex healthcare workflows step by step.
• Translate manual workflows into engineering specs.
• Partner with engineering to design, launch, and refine new AI workflows.
• Own onboarding and success for the workflows you build.
• Coordinate across customers, engineering, and leadership.
• Use AI tools daily to boost productivity.
