You will own automation of finance data flows, create executive dashboards, and integrate revenue and product systems to enable fast, data-driven decisions.

You will define data governance, establish source-of-truth for finance and product data, and build scalable reporting systems that evolve with the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance systems, revenue operations, or data automation.
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, and BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
• Proven ability to build end-to-end automated finance/go-to-market reports.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT development.
• Experience integrating product management tools with financial data sources.
• Strong SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, NRR, COGS, contribution margin.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Experience in ad tech, mar tech, or data platform businesses.
• Familiarity with cloud data architectures and API integrations.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance for financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Salesforce data with roadmap tracking tools to connect pipeline, forecasts, and revenue to product delivery.
• Automate data flows between Salesforce, Snowflake, and BI platforms to surface go-to-market and revenue insights.
• Build executive dashboards showing sales pipeline, forecasts and core financial metrics (ARR, NRR, COGS, hosting costs, headcount).
• Ensure dashboards are real-time, accurate, and self-service for stakeholders.
• Establish source-of-truth systems for finance, product usage, and revenue data.
• Define data governance standards, metric definitions, and integration frameworks.
• Create automated ETL/ELT processes for finance data refreshes.
• Architect scalable systems that can evolve with new metrics, products, revenue models.
• Design BI layers and data models enabling analysts to run their own queries.
