Job summary

Roku is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Engineer to join the AI Enablement Team and drive end-to-end delivery of agentic AI systems that measurably transform how work gets done across Roku. You will embed directly with business and technical teams to discover high-value AI opportunities and deliver production-grade solutions with adoption impact.

You will own the full lifecycle from opportunity identification to deployment, partner with Legal/FP&A/Accounting/Brand/Customer Support, and shape

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or technical deployment experience with production systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong fundamentals: production-grade code in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with systems powered by LLMs, generative models, or agent frameworks.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, decompose problems, and trade-off scope under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI deployments from discovery through system design, build, and production rollout.
• Embed with business and technical teams to diagnose problems and identify high-value automation opportunities.
• Prepare scopes of work and pragmatic project plans for prototypes and production deployments.
• Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade agentic AI applications and integrations.
• Reimagine functions as AI-native, agent-powered systems and codify reusable patterns for Roku’s AI platform.
