Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams, including managers and senior engineers.

• Advance architecture with cloud-native design, security, and fast delivery.
• Drive enterprise AI enablement and agent-ready systems.

• Shape team topology toward product-aligned, distributed org.
• Oversee Productivity Engineering platforms and enterprise governance.
• Partner on large enterprise tentpole initiatives with SOX compliance.
