AI Operations Intern: Build resilient automation workflows

Aristotle; San Francisco (CA); On-site; USD 17,000 - 23,000; Full time

Job summary

Aristotle’s AI operations internship in San Francisco offers a hands-on chance to design and ship internal workflows that route data, surface alerts, and remove bottlenecks over twelve weeks. You will collaborate with product, support, and go-to-market teams to map real processes and connect tools and APIs to make them reliable.

You should have shipped something before—Notion databases with automations, a Python script that talks to an API, or a Zapier/Make workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping at least one automation project.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Curiosity about AI and workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze how the team actually works: interview operators, map dependencies, and find the steps that eat the most time.
• Build automations that pull from Typeform, Notion, Slack, and our own APIs to keep information in sync.
• Add logging, alerts, and plain-language documentation so anyone on the team can debug or extend a workflow.
• Measure how much manual time you save each week and present the numbers to the team.
