Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; 12+ years in platform services or DevOps with observability ownership.
• 2+ years with Splunk Cloud and Splunk Observability for logging, metrics and traces.
• Experience with Python and/or Go, building libraries or tooling for observability.

Responsibilities

• Define the observability platform vision and execute end-to-end with software teams.
• Achieve 100% distributed tracing coverage and optimize OTEL instrumentation.
• Operate Splunk Platform/Observability and telemetry pipelines at scale.
