Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of related experience, a master’s degree with at least 6 years, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years developing production backend services in Python and/or Go, with leadership of complex technical delivery.
• Experience designing scalable, high-throughput distributed systems, APIs, and backend architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable backend systems for AI observability and workflows.
• Write production code, guide engineers, and mentor team members across teams.
• Support production reliability through on-call rotations.
