Job summary

Coder is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to shape our day-to-day social presence and turn complex AI infrastructure into content people want to watch. You’ll create for technical and business audiences across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X with strong writing and video storytelling.

From first idea to final post, you’ll create, publish, engage, measure, and improve, working with marketing, community, field, product marketing, and devrel teams to support campaigns and strengthen

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience creating content for a brand, agency, or independent audience.
• Proven video production skills across short-form formats (Reels/Shorts) and long-form YouTube content.
• An AI-native workflow with image generation, video editing, scripting, ideation, and production.
• Strong brand intuition informed by leading tech and publishing brands.

Responsibilities

• Own social media engagement. Monitor channels daily and respond in a technical, warm voice.
• Create vertical video content end to end for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Execute campaigns with cross-functional partners for product launches and events.
• Repurpose webinars, blogs, and demos into social-native formats.
• Track performance, share insights, and shape the next round of content.
• Stay current with platform trends and developer-focused content.
• Manage the content calendar and maintain a steady publishing rhythm.
