Job summary

TechTree is seeking a hands-on technical leader to shape complex enterprise solutions in an AI-native engineering model. You will guide delivery teams through modernization, integration, and data-intensive product work.

You’ll own technical directions within major domains, coach engineers, and partner with product leaders to translate business needs into scalable technology strategies. Hybrid work in the NJ/PA area is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable track record in modern software engineering of complex systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Hands-on delivery with AI-assisted/agentic development approaches.
• Evidence of coaching and upskilling other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and evolution of complex enterprise applications.
• Embed AI-native engineering practices within delivery teams and leverage AI tooling.
• Mentor engineers, run architecture discussions, and influence standards without formal authority.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to explain options and drive informed decisions.
• Scale modernization efforts across a global engineering organization.
