Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks a senior technical leader to drive AI-native engineering transformation in Mahwah, NJ. You will architect agentic AI workflows, guide pods, and align product and delivery teams with enterprise guardrails and governance.

The role emphasizes leadership across disciplines, production-grade AI systems, and collaboration with security, risk, and legal stakeholders to ensure responsible AI and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of overall technology experience, incl. architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience designing production-grade Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience redesigning software delivery using AI and automation.
• Experience architecting multi-agent systems and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder-management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design the AI-native engineering operating model for pods.
• Lead architecture reviews, design sessions, pilots, and production-readiness assessments.
• Coach architects, engineers, and delivery teams on AI-native practices.
• Partner with product, business, and architecture leaders to prioritize use cases.
• Communicate architecture changes, value, risks, and recommendations to executives.
