Meta is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI-native product development at scale, partnering with engineering, design, data science, and research teams. You will shape product vision, define roadmaps, and drive progress against ambitious goals while balancing risk, speed, and quality.

You will synthesize user and market insights, guide tradeoffs, and coach other PMs to elevate AI-native practices across product teams.

Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts.
Experience integrating diverse requirements into a single coherent product strategy.
Experience hiring AI-capable cross-functional teams.
8+ years of industry experience with at least 3 years in Product Management.
Experience managing a product through the full product lifecycle.
Experience developing and scaling AI-native strategies including evals and data strategies across teams.
Strong analytics to inform product decisions.

Responsabilités

Lead and drive a complex product area with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers.
Define success, prioritize problems and identify the best strategies, considering wider organizational and company context.
Develop a product vision, roadmap and drive progress against goals and milestones, resolving blockers and improving team health.
Mentor and coach other PMs and cross-functional team members on AI-native practices.
Scale AI best practices and responsible AI use across product teams to compound organizational capability.
