You will craft implementation plans, write code snippets, and guide integrations, partnering with engineering, product, and finance to launch usage-based billing quickly.

This role blends technical sales, implementation, and customer success in a startup-like Stripe environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical, customer-facing SaaS roles.
• 1+ years with AI companies and AI-first operations.
• Proven ability to own and drive customer engagements.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn systems and write code.
• Experience in high-velocity environments with fast value.
• Excellent communication with engineers and product leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win from discovery to demo and win.
• Drive inbound leads through discovery, POC, and demonstrations.
• Provide rapid, actionable implementation plans and guides.
• Write code snippets and integration guides to accelerate value.
• Build market expertise on AI monetization, pricing, and packaging.
• Develop relationships with AI company stakeholders across orgs.
