Ascendion in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, build, and ship AI-native workflows within the Reality Labs Content organization. You will develop agentic tools, dashboards, and validation systems to accelerate content delivery and reliability.

The role requires AI experience, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a drive to prototype fast and document decisions for handoffs.

Competenze

Experience with AI agentic model development and tooling.
Ability to design and ship AI-native workflows and validation systems.
Familiarity with developer surfaces, dashboards, and data flows.

Mansioni

Design, build, and ship agentic workflows that replace manual processes.
Build and maintain tooling dashboards and surfaces that aggregate agentic signals for Content pillar leads.
Conduct rapid prototyping of AI-powered content tools and human-in-the-loop validation systems.
Discover, evaluate, and integrate new external and internal AI build tooling into workflows.
Build validation harnesses, eval pipelines, and supervised‑handoff workflows for production agents.
Extend shared knowledge layer capabilities and reporting surfaces.
