Qualifications

• Experience in technical training, learning, enablement, or product education.
• Designing capability or skills models and the systems around them.
• Strong written and analytical communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and own skills taxonomies and capability models across learner audiences.
• Stand up instrumentation and AI-informed signals to track capability and drift.
• Build AI-native tooling for skill extraction, drift detection, and enterprise APIs.
• Impact: align content, curriculum, and certification with the capability model across teams.
• Influence product learning architecture and in-product training using the model and taxonomy.
